TONY (he/him) lives in Tucson, AZ, where he met Kend several years ago upon their mutual desert move for the MFA Creative Writing program at the University of Arizona. He’s part-time faculty at the university now that he has a PhD in geography, which he earned by conducting the first large-scale study of queer people in higher ed biological sciences. He's also a photographer and always has some new craft he’s trying to learn.

KEND (they/them) is a librarian who solo hikes when having a good weekend and writes scathing reviews of mediocre books when having a bad weekend. They spent most of their childhood accidentally falling out of trees, and their adulthood accidentally setting fire to the kitchen. Kend has an MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing and an MS in Library Science, sleeps occasionally, and occasionally adults with style and panache. Kend is the true triple threat: asexual, aromantic, and agender. Suck it up, patriarchy.
